Have you ever gone to the grocery store and found a coupon left right next to a product you are looking to buy? If so, you were just paid forward a coupon from a Coupon Fairy. Coupon Fairies are people (or in some cases store employees) who leave coupons that they are not going to use themselves next to the corresponding product for others to take and use. This is one of the easiest ways to pay-it-forward with coupons and in the process get rid of coupons that are going to expire or are for items that you are not going to purchase. This way others will benefit from your gesture and you are not throwing away money that someone else could use.
I have benefited from the generosity of Coupon Fairies numerous times over the past few years and I love to leave coupons for others especially for baby items (diapers, formulas, food) as I know these coupons can make a difference for a family with young children at home.
So, a big shout out to all those Coupons Fairies who continue this practice and more than likely never get thanked for the gesture.
